The UnderGround is the clubhouse of the “MLC M\u00dcNCHEN” M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

TYPE OF EVENTS<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe events taking place are social and sexual and exclusively private and coterie like in nature.<\/p>\n

MEMBERSHIP<\/span><\/strong>
\nUpon entering the UnderGround, a day membership is established by the person entering by implied action, provided there is no membership in the M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V. The day membership ends upon leaving the UnderGround, or at the latest after the end of the event. The amount of the daily membership fee is published on the homepage of the M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V., among other places.<\/p>\n

ADMISSION AND DOMESTIC AUTHORITY<\/span><\/strong>
\nAdmission is granted to persons with a distinctly male appearance. The board of the M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V. or its auxiliary persons\/officials reserve the right of admission and domiciliary rights. Women, minors, drunk persons and persons under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.<\/p>\n

ADMISSION RULES<\/span><\/strong>
\nNumbered consumption wristbands and locker keys will be issued upon admission. In case of loss, a compensation of 75 EUR for the consumption wristband and 25 EUR for the locker key must be paid.<\/p>\n

DRESS CODE<\/span><\/strong>
\nTo minimize the risk of injury in the UnderGround, wearing sturdy shoes is mandatory. The floor can be slippery. Furthermore, the dress code regulations applicable to the respective event must always be followed.<\/p>\n

BODY HYGIENE<\/span><\/strong>
\nPerfume smell in the UnderGround is generally not desired!<\/p>\n

FOOD AND DRINKS BROUGHT ALONG, DRUG CONSUMPTION<\/span><\/strong>
\nConsumption of beverages and food brought in is not permitted. Drug consumption is also not permitted. In case of violation, we reserve the right to issue a house ban without refunding any expenses.<\/p>\n

PHOTOGRAPHY-, VIDEO- and MOBILE PHONE PROHIBITION<\/span><\/strong>
\nThere is a general ban on filming, photography and cell phones in the UnderGround. In case of violation, we reserve the right to issue a house ban without refunding any expenses.<\/p>\n

DISCLAIMER<\/span><\/strong>
\nParticipation in the event and the use of the facilities of the UnderGround are at your own risk. Any liability of the club and its auxiliary persons\/officials for personal injury and property damage is excluded. The M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V. is not liable for personal injury and property damage caused by third parties. The use of the sanitary facilities (incl. shower) is at your own risk. The M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V., its board of directors and its auxiliary persons\/officials are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent disregard of their supervisory duties. No liability is expressly assumed for checkroom, other discarded clothing and valuables brought along.<\/p>\n

RIGHT OF COMMANDMENT<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe instructions of the board of directors of the M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V. or its auxiliary persons\/officials must be followed at all times and without exception.<\/p>\n

AGREEMENT TO HOUSE RULES<\/span><\/strong>
\nBy entering the UnderGround, the house rules and the exclusion of liability are accepted (implied action); these are displayed in the UnderGround and are published on the website of M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V..<\/p>\n

ORGANIZATION AND ORIENTATION OF THE M\u00dcNCHNER L\u00d6WEN CLUB E. V.<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe M\u00fcnchner L\u00f6wen Club e. V. is an association. The UnderGround is its clubhouse.
