But still homophobic aggression and anti-gay violence is happening &#8211; out of very different motivations !<\/p>\n<p>Shame, fear, trauma are mostly the reasons why these actions don&#8217;t get reported and why the victims prefer to remain silent &#8211; while the dark figure of these incidents is very high &#8230; which also applies to in-relationship violence !<\/p>\n<p>The MLC would like to inform his members and friends about this subject and point in the right direction for help. The biggest part of it are behaviour patterns that are being practised by role playing. Help without endangering yourself!<\/p>\n<p>This training course is perfectly suitable for participants who have become a victim once or who want to help victims.<\/p>\n<p>To strengthen the sense of security, there is also a police training course in cooperation with the contact officers of the local police inspections. It will provide answers to questions like:<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can I recognise danger early enough?<br \/>\nHow do I behave in dangerous situations?<br \/>\nHow can I effectively use my voice?<br \/>\nHow can I reasonably defend myself??<br \/>\nWhere are explicit risk zones?<br \/>\nWhat is self-defense \/ assistance in an emergency?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This training course of about four hours for 15 to 20 participants is offered to all Munich citizens (city and rural district) free of charge. The association \u201ePOLIZISTEN HELFEN &#8211; Polizeifreunde M\u00fcnchen e.V.&#8221; did pay for all training course material. It is being held at the commissariat 105 or through one of the 80 trained contact officers at the local police inspections.<\/p>\n<p>We can only recommend this training course and can offer to organise courses for and with MLC members, friends and all others interested.
