The board of management
The MLC is managed by a board of management consisting of three members: Dieter, Raymund,Werner.
This board is elected at the general meeting every two years. All three members of the board are equated.
The board of management is responsible for a smooth club life, in particular:
- Realization of the parties at the UnderGround.
- Planning and realization of the highlights of the year - Starkbierfest and Oktoberfest meeting plus some events during CSD (Munich pride weekend).
- Management of all financial issues of the club such as accounting of debits and credits, coordination of bank transactions and all fiscal issues.
- Preparation and realization of social events with the club members, such as the club evenings (every first Thursday of the month), barbecue evenings, Christmas party etc.
Additional functions within the MLC (assistance)
Club secretary: Dieter
Financial management, membership support, handling of the big events like Oktoberfest and Starkbierfest.
Social affairs: Thomas
Starting in 2016, Thomas Rappel will take over all social affairs at the MLC. This includes taking care of club members, communicating with other affiliated clubs and all networking in his specific area.
